Timilick is a newer development to the Truckee area.  Timilick is located near Lahontan and Martis Camp with the closest ski resort at Northstar-at-Tahoe. If you keep going up Old Highway 40 from the West End of Donner Lake, you will find a series of small secluded communities located at Donner Summit. Prosser Lake is located just off of Highway 89 heading North from Truckee.  This heavily wooded area is a local favorite because of its secluded, mountain feel with its close proximity to town.  The new Alder Creek Middle School is also located very close to Prosser.  Prosser Reservoir is located nearby which provides all kinds of actvities including fishing, boating, and other water activities.  There are miles and miles of trails in Prosser for hiking, running, mountain biking and cross country skiing. 

Prosser Woods Estates is a fairly new subdivision located in Prosser.  Parcels average in size of 5 acres in this area.  The nearby Prosser Reservoir is another draw to this area with all the year round activities it provides.  Underground utilities in Prosser Woods Estates is another bonus for making this area even more beautiful.
