Prosser Area

Description

Prosser Lake is located just off of Highway 89 heading North from Truckee.  This heavily wooded area is a local favorite because of its secluded, mountain feel with its close proximity to town.  The new Alder Creek Middle School is also located very close to Prosser.  Prosser Reservoir is located nearby which provides all kinds of actvities including fishing, boating, and other water activities.  There are miles and miles of trails in Prosser for hiking, running, mountain biking and cross country skiing.
