Deadline to Access FEMA Assistance Due to Winter Storms Extended

In light of the severe winter storms that impacted our community, many are facing difficulties and challenges. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that the deadline to gain access to FEMA assistance has been extended to ensure that everyone, residents and business owners in need can receive support.

At times like these, it is crucial that we come together as a community to support one another. We fully understand the impact these severe weather conditions can have on both individuals and local businesses. From power outages to property damage, closures and everything in between, nobody should feel left behind or alone during such trying times.

The extension of the deadline to access assistance aims to provide relief to those who require additional support. Whether you are a homeowner struggling to fix damages caused by the storms or a business owner facing financial hardship due to closures, FEMA wants to ensure that every resident and business owner in our community has access to the necessary resources. See the press release below or head down to Bear River High in Grass Valley and Alder Middle in Truckee today through Saturday to sign up.
