Prosser Lakeview Estates is east of Highway 89 and adjacent to Prosser Lake. This is a great residential option. You have immediate access to miles of trails so that homeowners here can bike, ATV, snowmobile and ski right from their door. And in addition to Prosser Lake, there is also Boca and Stampede Reservoirs for great fishing, wakeboarding, kayaking and stand up paddling. The waters are shallower and generally warmer in these three bodies than in Lake Tahoe or Donner Lake. In winter they often freeze and many enjoy skating and hockey here.
